We graciously welcome outside catering services and food trucks, allowing you to curate a menu that perfectly reflects your taste an
style. While catering through Hidden Gem Villa is not required, we kindly ask that all outside vendors receive prior approval from our venue team to ensure a seamless and exceptional event experience.

Payment

Payment Terms

➢ A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.

➢ The remaining balance may be paid in four scheduled payments or equal

monthly installments, with the full balance due 45 days prior to the event

date.

➢ A 24-hour option period is provided after booking; following this period,

all payments become non-refundable.

➢ Accepted payment methods include Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s

Check, Venmo, and Credit Card.

➢ 3% processing fee will be automatically applied to each individual

credit card transaction. This fee is per payment, not a one-time charge

on the total balance, including any scheduled installment payments.

DISCLAIMERS

Venue Update & Pricing Notice

Please note that Black Dog Functions is currently in the process of repairing, revamping,

and refacing Hidden Gem Villa. As such, pricing may be subject to change due to evolving

supply costs or the acquisition of items necessary to create your wedding experience,

particularly for dates scheduled far in advance.

Once payments have commenced, the agreed-upon pricing between the client and the

venue will remain fixed, even if overall prices increase during the renovation or supply

process.

Alcohol Policy

Hidden Gem Villa does not provide alcohol. If alcohol will be served during your event,

state law requires the presence of a licensed bartender and security personnel on the

property, as well as event insurance for the day of your function.

For events where alcohol is served:

✓ Wristbands will be provided.

✓ All guest IDs will be checked to ensure underage guests are not served.

✓ Hidden Gem Villa enforces a strict policy prohibiting alcohol service to anyone

under the age of 21.

All costs associated with alcohol service, including staffing, security, wristbands, and

insurance, are the responsibility of the client.

Day-of Coordination Requirement

Effective January 1st, 2026 Hidden Gem Villa will require a Day-of

Coordinator for all full wedding events. The coordinator must be present

solely for the purpose of managing and executing the event and may not

serve as a bridesmaid, family member, or guest during the wedding.

A Day-of Coordinator is not required to be booked through Hidden Gem Villa,

though our coordination services are available for your convenience. Outside

coordinators are welcome but must meet the venue’s coordination criteria, as

outlined above.
